Delivery Details

The specific shipping times and estimated delivery times are noted on the product page for each patient lift. Shipping details are also provided in the Shipping information section.

Smaller scooter lifts and carriers will arrive via UPS or DHL, and will be left at your home. No delivery signature is required. Larger lifts and carriers will be delivered via regional freight carriers. You will be contacted by the local office with a delivery date and time.

If there is any damage to the packaging, please inspect your scooter lift immediately. If there is damage to the scooter lift, please call us immediately AND save the packaging. It is always helpful when you can take pictures of the packaging. We will coordinate repair or replacement of your scooter lift.
